Illumina GenomeStudio to Joinmap File Converter

This is a Perl script designed to process output from Illumina's GenomeStudio suite. It works with data from Illumina's Infinium and GoldenGate assays and prepares them for analysis with JoinMap. The script was part of a project funded by National Science Foundation grant no. DBI 0741876. Download it here and rename it from ".txt" to ".pl" or ".perl".
